The 20 Something Society

We bought a PS3 a few months ago, so the husband helpfully reminded me —”Ask for Blu-Ray if you want dvds for Christmas.”  So I did.  And I bought him all Blu-Ray.  But guess what.  Pretty much none of our friends or family members have Blu-Ray players.  DUHN DUHN DUHNNNNNNN.   We are in Mobile for a week and can’t watch any of our lovely new movies.  Man, thats hard.  I only wanted one dvd this year, and the in-laws got it for me.

We finally got The Beatles Rock Band!  I have been having a dang good time with the husband.  Its great to watch and play, and will be good for younger generations who don’t know anything about them.  There is a guy that I work with that is only about four or five years younger than me yet he claims that people from younger generations (even that little amount of time) don’t know who The Beatles are really unless they are “huge old music fans”.  The only songs he knew were Let It Be and Yellow Submarine.  Kids these days!
