The 20 Something Society

Fall is the best time of year.  Cold weather, but not to cold.  I get to layer and wear awesome sweaters and boots, I love it.  All of the good holidays come up – Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.  Aaaaand I get eggnog.  Oh yeaahhhh.

Out of all of the things that I love about fall – Halloween is my favorite.  This evening I’m going to dress up – watch scary movies- eat chili cheese dogs – and CHOCOLATE.  Don’t worry I’ll take pictures.

I was browsing through some wedding blogs today and stumbled upon this image of a deck of playing cards.

And when I saw it, it just made me stop.  Growing up my older step sister and I played card games …..a lot.  This was the exact deck of cards we had.  Yep.  A couple of little girls playing Jack Daniels cards.

I forgot my cell phone in The Husbands car today (we carpooled).  This has been the WORST!!  I check my email constantly throughout the day and not being able to do that has been killing my insides.  Omg.  iPhones are like crack.  That is all.

Dude looks good…..except maybe the anklet.

It was warm and sunny this past friday.  It felt like spring.  And rightfully so, it is almost April, “spring break”  has come and gone.  Today however, it is freaking snowing.  What is going ON!  Bring on the SUNSHINE please!!!

Is it weird that the husband loves Ron Swanson from Parks and Recreation?

I do think his office of breakfast related posters is pretty awesome.

More minimalist posters.  Surprise.  These are ALL STEPHEN KING!  Man thats good.  

Hobble that B! For me this is one of the most memorable painful scenes ever.

My only wish?  That Nick Tassone make a The Stand poster.

since I’ve had a rice krispy treat.  I want to make a rice krispy cake for someone.  I have never seen one in real life.  I guess its like a mythical beast to me.
