Thank You Mr. S. More.
I made a little thank you gift for Mr.S. More for creating JJPs new logo.

a new background? I know a few dudes who will like this site. Simple Desktops has some pretty minimalist desktops. Yeah with a name like simple desktops I bet you would have never guessed that.

I would really like to check out Howard Schatzs book In Character: Actors Acting. He gives actors situations and captures their reactions on film.
Amy Poehler: Left: You are sneaking a peek, in the middle of the night, at your sweet new boyfriend’s computer … and discovering e-mails to and from his three current “other” girlfriends. ~ Center: You are a Park Avenue matron, paying your husband a surprise visit at his office and discovering him on the couch in flagrante delicto with his secretary. ~ Right: You are a disoriented homeless woman being arrested for loitering.
Hugh Laurie:Left: You are a dedicated father who, with your wife, has just sat down to dinner with your 15-year-old daughter, who is defiantly announcing that she’s pregnant. ~ Center: You are a fashion designer on the morning of your big runway show, realizing that nothing in the collection is ready or fabulous. ~ Right: You are a blustering, pompous member of the British Parliament, giving a speech that is being broadcast on the BBC, and you’re thrilled at the sound of your own voice.
Jeff Goldblum:Left: You’re the surly 14-year-old son of a single mother, steeling yourself as she awkwardly, haltingly begins a belated and unnecessary “birds and bees” talk. ~ Center: You’re at your daughter’s college graduation, and the pretty classmate of hers that you’ve been secretly ogling has just said, “Mr. Lefkowitz, you can’t be 58—you’re too cool!” ~ Right: You’re the valedictorian of your high-school class, having just been introduced to give the speech of your young life—and your mind has gone completely blank.
We’re going on a road trip tomorrow so today consisted of packing + laundry + horror movies.
If only I could have been packing my belongings into these -
Ahhhhhh. These are Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton using a jungle pattern created by Wes Andersons brother. They were made for The Darjeeling Limited. If I could only wish for one piece…let it be the duffel.

Just a couple of Vogue outtakes that I loved.

I need a squeezebox for some shoots now.
After the minimalist poster post my friend pointed me towards Olly Moss.

I really dig the hitchcock-esque Locke poster – I have a feeling the husband will too.

Minimalist TV posters by Albert Exergian here.
The Dexter poster is my favorite.

I have never seen the show Prison Break, but I like his poster for it.

Love these whimsical bunny ear headpieces from Etsy seller PrettyGoodThings.

Thats some serious stuff right there. This man amazes me and since he’s pretty private, I’m so glad he got together with other rock legends, The Edge, and Jimmy Page for the rockumentary It Might Get Loud.

The above excerpt is the very first scene. And you find yourself watching with your mouth open, eyes wide in astonishment. I could never find enough words for Jack White. He is a musical genius. He is a legend, already. He is a bluessmith.
I get emotional when it comes to some music. While watching this documentary and listening to these men play and speak and share, it gives me a feeling that I’m….privileged to be witnessing such magic. As if just hearing their music is the start of some great revolution.
You might think I’m weird. Whatevs. Go sit in a dark room and take this movie in. Stat.
