The 20 Something Society

Usually when we go out and “have a day” as I like to call it, it is because I planned it out.  Well, the husband was supposed to pick me up from work yesterday afternoon so we could go run a little errand together and much to my surprise he had planned dinner and a movie!  

We had dinner at my favorite mexican place around here, Phil Sandovals.  I tried the chicken flautas which I had never eaten and they were delicious.

We then did some window shopping at the Gap where I wanted to try on these yellow pants and the husband whined until I changed my mind.  His last winning words being “You don’t have the money to buy them anyway”.  Sad but true.

Next stop Monaco Pictures to catch the much anticipated flick ZOMBIELAND!!!!!

FIVE STARS!  I loved it.  Zombie virus, gore, laughs, super nerdy boy, super badass chick.  What more could you ask for?  Oh yeah, a good screenplay.  Woody Harrelson was PERfect.  This part was made for him.  I also informed the husband that Jessie Eisenberg may just be the next nerdthrob.  

And check Emma Stone looking all cute whilst surviving the zombie apocalypse.  

P.S  Today I decided to get bangs sometime this month.  Good Day.
